This is a small, independently-run app built for the NDIS community. These terms are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you sign up.
Who can use this app
You must be 18 or older, an NDIS participant (or eligible under our verification process), and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Verification
Every profile is verified before it's visible to other members — a mix of team review and AI-assisted checks, both held to the same standard — including a check of the NDIS document you upload. We can reject or remove a profile at our discretion, including for impersonation, dishonesty, or abusive behaviour.
Your conduct
Be respectful and honest. No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or solicitation of money/gift cards from other members. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable — every report is reviewed by our team, and we can suspend or delete accounts that violate this.
Safety
We verify profiles and blur photos until a mutual match, but we can't guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of any member. Meet new people in public places and tell someone where you'll be.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how it's used, and your rights, including deleting your account entirely.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it safe and working, but we're not liable for how members conduct themselves, or for outages, bugs, or data loss.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
